• Indicative information. Timelines and descriptions on this site are indicative. They are not an offer. A binding price comes only in a signed agreement.
• Examples. The Ask White conversation, the Whiteboard figures and the floor sketch are examples that show how the service works. They are not records of a real client.
• No advice. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice. Company registration, payroll and compliance services are delivered by our advisory partner under its own engagement terms.
• Images. Photographs marked as representative are licensed stock images, not offices delivered by us.
• Brand. "White Office", the nameplate logo and the text on this site belong to the founders of White Office, and will pass to the operating entity when it is formed.
• Leases. Where you lease directly from a building owner, that lease is a contract between you and the owner, and we are not a party to it. Where White Office holds the lease, your agreement with us sets out the terms.
• Liability. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website, to the extent the law allows.
• Law and courts. These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
